Billing
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 5, 2026
Subscriptions
Paid MelanVow plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Pricing for each plan is shown on the pricing page.
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel at any time — no phone calls, no hoops. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access to everything until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
To cancel:
- Sign in and open your account & billing settings.
- Open the billing portal and choose Cancel subscription.
- You'll receive a confirmation, and your plan will not renew.
Prefer we handle it for you? Email ContactUs@melanvow.com and we'll cancel on your behalf.
Refunds
If you were charged in error, charged after canceling, or are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first paymenton a plan, email us and we'll issue a full refund for that charge — no debate. Beyond that window, payments are generally non-refundable because access is provided through the end of each paid period, but we review every request in good faith and will always honor refunds required by law.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor, Stripe, and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Free plan
MelanVow offers a free plan with no payment required and nothing to cancel. You can upgrade to a paid plan whenever you're ready, and downgrade or cancel at any time.
Price changes
We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any change to your subscription price. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price; if you don't agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.
Billing problems & disputes
See a charge you don't recognize, or think something's wrong? Please contact us first at ContactUs@melanvow.com before filing a dispute with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster directly.
This policy works alongside our Terms of Service. Where the two differ on billing specifics, this page controls.
